The Purpose and Leadership Forum which is now online; is a self-paced, twelve-session transformational experience that will set you off on a journey of self-discovery that will refresh your outlook on life, faith and purpose. It’s also practical leadership training designed for marketplace leaders to understand the privilege of their place as leaders through the out pouring of other leaders from their life and growth experiences through the programme and then be purposeful and deliberate in the areas that God has uniquely gifted and equipped them to IMPACT the society.

The Purpose & Leadership Forum commonly known as PLF began in May 2010 by divine inspiration with eight (8) women referred to as the ‘seed class’. Through the programme, more than 1000 marketplace leaders have been reached across the world.
